With a decrease in activity around Kelley Acres in the winter we are always trying to watch our waist line. Being a cyclist and car racer every lb. matters. We have been trying to cut back on our dinner menu. For instance, Chef Kelley (Fred, of course) made this lovely vegatable medly of corn and spinach for dinner on Tuesday night. Yum!
